I've recently received a flurry of emails from female readers of my blog who want to change career. In some cases, they're already at the top of their game, whilst others are feeling unfulfilled and unable to shine where they are.
So it's timely that a really interesting report conducted by CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) came my way this morning. The report "Breaking glass: strategies for tomorrow's leaders" and although the content is mainly aimed at women, the hints and tips are equally applicable to men as well.
